  • Whenever you’re ready. This is a self-paced experience—you begin on your own timeline.

  • It’s a hybrid. You’ll receive a physical journal and gift box in the mail, and access the daily videos through our digital platform.

  • Currently, logging into The Motion of Gratitude Community requires accessing our dedicated platform. When you click the Access Community or any Explore The Experience buttons on the site, you'll be redirected to our community platform, where The Motion of Gratitude Experience and all community offerings are housed. This is where you'll complete your purchase and access your journey.

    At this time, single sign-on (SSO) is not available between this website and our community platform, meaning you’ll need to log in separately. We recommend bookmarking the platform for easy access!

  • Yes! Many participants choose to do the experience with a spouse, friend, or child (Check out our Gratitude Guidebooks!) . Each person should have their own journal for the full impact.

  • The Experience is designed to fit into your life. Weeks 1-3 take about 15-25 minutes per day. In Week 4, we introduce an optional evening practice, bringing the total to around 40 minutes split between morning and night.

  • Most gratitude journals focus on writing down a few things you’re grateful for each day—which is great, but it doesn’t always create lasting change. The Motion of Gratitude Experience goes deeper by combining science-backed gratitude practices, mindfulness techniques, and real-world applications that help gratitude become something you feel, live, and embody—not just something you write down.

  • Yes! While The Experience is structured as a 28-day journey, you can take it at your own pace. Once you have access, you can revisit the content and practices whenever you need them.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll receive immediate access to The Experience inside The Motion of Gratitude’s online platform. You’ll also receive an email with details on how to begin.
