How the 28 days unfold

Week One — Regulate

We begin with the body. Breathwork. Nervous system awareness. The foundational practices that create the physiological safety for everything that follows. Most people feel a shift by day three.

Week Two — Reconnect

Now we go deeper. Somatic awareness. Interoceptive practice. Relearning how to feel your own experience from the inside — not as a concept, but as a physical reality you can work with.

Week Three — Remember

From a regulated, connected place, you can finally access what's been buried under the doing. Your values. Your knowing. The version of yourself you set down somewhere along the way.

Week Four — Return

Integration. This is where the practice becomes yours for keeps — not something you do for 28 days and stop, but a way of being in your life that you take with you when the program ends.
