Yes! Many participants choose to do the experience with a spouse, friend, or child (Check out our Gratitude Guidebooks!) . Each person should have their own journal for the full impact.

The Experience is designed to fit into your life. Weeks 1-3 take about 15-25 minutes per day. In Week 4, we introduce an optional evening practice, bringing the total to around 40 minutes split between morning and night.

The Motion of Gratitude Experience goes deeper by combining science-backed gratitude practices, mindfulness techniques, and real-world applications that help gratitude become something you feel, live, and embody—not just something you write down.
